I have been trying to quit smoking for years now, with varying amounts of success, sometimes I can not smoke for years and sometimes just a couple of hours. I have tried every option under the sun. Right now I haven’t smoked in over 2 years, but I know one slip could start me again, that’s one reason I have this blog, to remind me why I shouldn’t start again.
